The petitioners are in custody in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019, G.R. No. 1608 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 27 ltrs of wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 30.08.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no
