JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.09.2017, passed by the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Madhubani, whereby and whereunder the claim of the petitioner for refund of the additional amount deposited with the Treasury Officer, Madhubani pertaining to the sale deed in question, has been rejected but realizing the fact that the Public Grievance Redressal Forum is not the appropriate remedy for such cases as the present one, the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the
Patna High Court CWJC No.967 of 2018(3) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 Collector, Madhubani for redressal of his grievance regarding non-refund of the additional amount deposited by him with the Treasury Officer, Madhubani.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Madhubani by filing appropriate representation with regard to his grievance regarding non-refund of additional amount deposited with the Treasury Officer, Madhubani pertaining to the sale deed in question. Liberty so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms. It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner files appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, necessary orders shall be passed thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
