2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The present FIR has been lodged against named and some unknown persons with allegation of selling and purchasing of stolen vehicles.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.72074 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
