2. By filing the present writ application, the petitioners have prayed for issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) as the facts and circumstances of the instant case may require so as to grant the following

"i) To quash the appointment letter Nos.

298 to 378, all dated 03.08.2015 issued by the Block Development Officer-cumSecretary Prakhand Teacher Appointment Unit, Akbharpur, Nawada by which the respondent 2nd Set (respondent Nos. 09 to

89) have been informed that they would be appointed as Prakhand Teachers and for which they have to furnish their consent letters (Annexure-2 Series).

ii) To direct upon the respondent 1st Set (State Respondents) to appoint the petitioners as Prakhand Teachers in Akbharpur Block, District-Nawada in terms of Annexure-1.

iii) To pass any other order/orders in shape of a consequential relief to which the petitioners may be found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that similar matter was under consideration of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 18212 of 2015 (Sujeet Kumar & Ors vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) which was disposed of vide order dated 19.02.2024 with a direction to the petitioners and the respondents therein to appear before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Nawada, who was to consider the issue and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible after hearing the parties.

From the aforesaid, it is evident that a coordinate Bench of this Court has remanded the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. 18212 of 2015 (Sujeet Kumar & Ors vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) to the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Nawada and since the case of the petitioners stands on similar footing to that of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. 18212 of 2015, there is no requirement to keep pending the present writ application.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, I also remand the matter to the District Appellate Authority, Nawada for consideration of the case of the petitioners herein and direct the District Appellate Authority, Nawada to consider the case of the petitioners and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible after hearing the parties.

6. With the aforesaid direction and observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
