That this is an application for issuance of writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ for commanding and directing the respondent 1 set to make encroachment free public road bearing Survey number no.- 4512, area 2 decimal, at village -Dharphari, P.S. Deoriya, Block Paroo, District- Muzaffarpur, which is used by the public for smooth movement in the village, from the respondent 2nd set, who have forcefully made encroachment over the land in question and also direct the respondents to remove Banyan tree from

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3, i.e. the Circle Officer, Paroo, DistrictMuzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
