The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the occurrence is alleged to be of 02.05.2017, the Fardbeyan has been recorded on 06.05.2017 after delay of 4 days, for which no explanation has been offered by the informant. It is further submitted that earlier a case has been filed by the petitioners and therefore, it is only out of vendetta, the present first information has been lodged.

No.16476 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., - 4th, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 120 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
