JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2026 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the encroached land, with regard to which Land Encroachment Case No.02 of 2014-15 was initiated by the Circle Officer, Kutumba, Auragabad, is involved in a litigation pending before this Court vide CWJC No.17274 of 2025, the petitioner be granted liberty to intervene in the said proceedings as also to take appropriate steps in accordance with law with regard to removal of the encroachment in question subject to

Patna High Court MJC No.2975 of 2023(6) dt.16-01-2026 2/2 final outcome of the said writ petition. Liberty so sought is granted.
