Petitioner is accused in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 registered under Sections 279, 337, 338 of the I.P.C. and section 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
