JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of trying to outrage the modesty of the informant and of clicking her photographs.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that entire allegation is false and concocted and they have been made accused due to village politics. Further submission is that they have no criminal antecedent and have falsely been

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is further subject to the condition that if the petitioners again found involved in such type of occurrence, their bail bonds shall stand automatically cancelled. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
