The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sachiwalaya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.06.2019. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching mobile. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
