Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.65450 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2019.
