2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 153, 353, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons caused hindrance to informant and his team in discharge of their official duty. Further allegation against petitioner and others is that they disturbed the communal harmony in the society.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused in this case due to local politics. In fact, on the alleged date, petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that as per F.I.R. also, no specific role has been assigned to this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 637 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
