The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a Gumati, 1 litre of liquor was recovered and it is said that Gumati belongs to the petitioner. Submission of the petitioner is that the Gumati is not of the petitioner nor the petitioner had any concern with the said liquor. Petitioner has got no such criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date
