The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 (CRI No. 465 of 2019), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not named in the FIR and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. As a matter of fact, for the same set of allegations the informant had earlier lodged Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64815 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 further submits that father of the petitioners submitted a written application to the Additional Superintendent of Police, Sadar, Darbhanga stated how he and other family members were tortured by Pano Devi. The petitioners are in custody since 28.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019 (CRI No. 465 of 2019).
