BAJANTHRI) 30-04-2025 Re:I.A. No. 02 of 2022 Heard I.A. No. 02 of 2022, there is a delay of about 161 days in filing LPA. For the reasons stated in application read with affidavit, delay of about 161 days in filing LPA stands condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No. 02 of 2022 stands allowed.

2. The appellants - State have assailed the order of learned Single Judge dated 09.05.2022 passed in CWJC No. 6151 of 2022. Learned counsel for the appellants - Mr. Madhaw

Patna High Court L.P.A No.674 of 2022(3) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 Prasad Yadav submitted that respondent - Chitranjan Singh name has not been recommended by the concerned Commission so as to extend certain service and monetary benefits. This has been orally submitted and the same was not taken note of by the learned Single Judge. Even in the present LPA, the Stateappellants have failed to furnish list of recommendation in order to appreciate this Bench that name of the respondent - Chitranjan Singh is not forthcoming in the recommended list.

3. Be that as it may, it is a case of review and not LPA. For the reasons that if the appellants have failed to furnish relevant existing documents and not apprise the concerned Court. Remedy is in filing civil review.

4. With the above observations, the present LPA No. 674 of 2022 stands disposed of.

5. Pending Interlocutory Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
