1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are elder brother-in-law and petitioner no. 4 is sister-in-law (gotni) of the deceased. It is next submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case by the informant. It is also submitted that husband of the deceased is not an accused in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73600 of 2024(2) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 since 31.07.2024 and petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 have surrendered on 05.08.2024. It is also submitted that father-in-law (Halo Mahto) of the deceased had approached this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 18460 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 26.04.2024 with a condition that bail bonds of Halo Mahto shall be accepted only after framing of charge against him.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 245 of 2023.

6. However, the bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted only after framing of charge against them. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
