The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Agiaon (G) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 342, 332, 333, 187, 186, 188, 189, 427 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Public Property Damage Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63114 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 Court in Crl. Misc. No. 20014 of 2019 vide order dated 12.04.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agianon (G) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
