JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. For land dispute allegation is general and omnibus against eight FIR named accused including the petitioners of commission of murderous assault. The impugned order also does not reveal any another material against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid fact, let, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61150 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/Successor Court in connection with Parbatta Police Station Case No. 188 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
