Petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali P.S. Case No.438 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414, 379/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is daily wages labourer. It is alleged that one mobile, one blade and one watch have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is nowhere mentioned that aforesaid articles were stolen articles. Petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2018.
