The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 235 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on account of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 and no occurrence as alleged in the F.I.R. has taken place. The petitioner is a very old person who is aged about 74 years, which is evident

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
