2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 385 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the learned court below.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with others entered into the house of the informant and assaulted him and his family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that there is land dispute between the parties. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. He further submits that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated

5. Learned APP for the State opposes for prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the fact that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No.124 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
