Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341,323,302 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 08.07.2019. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 04.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63670/2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63933 of 2019(3) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case no.23/2019.
