The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Warisaliganj P. S. Case No. 97 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 308 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and the nature of injury being simple, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Nawada in Warisaliganj P. S. Case No. 97
