The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kadirganj P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Section 302 of the IPC was added. Mr. Baxi S.R.P. Sinha, learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case on account of the land dispute and both sides have sustained injuries. He further submits that the allegation of assault with deadly weapon is not against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 08.07.2019.

The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. B.N.
