2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He has committed no offence. He submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He submitted that the petitioner has no concern with mess and business of the deceased as well as her husband and also he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71880 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 lives separately from them. The husband of the deceased is languishing in judicial custody. He submitted that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He is languishing in judicial custody since 21.06.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023.
