JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-04-2021 From perusal of the letter no.240 dated 23.03.2021 received from the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Patna, this Court finds that there is an unusual delay in conclusion of the trial of this case. It appears that the learned trial court did not act despite this Court's order dated 03.10.2018 specifically pointing out that the trial court is expected to conclude the trial of the case within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.

It appears that now the learned court below is looking for six months further time to conclude the trial. This Court, though extends the period for another six months to conclude the trial but the attention of the learned Sessions Judge, Patna is required to be drawn towards this case with an expectation that
