The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.606 of 2017 registered under Sections 420 and 409 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the offences alleged are triable by a court of Magistrate and the petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018 and there is no likelihood of the conclusion of the trial in near future as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
