The petitioner seeks bail in Maker P.S. case No. 42 of 2018 registered under Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner along with another accused is alleged to have sitting on the embankment in suspicious condition but the police arrested the petitioner and another person, namely, Suresh Sahni. From the possession of petitioner two live cartridges were recovered. From the possession of Suresh Sahni one country made loaded pistol was recovered.

It is submitted that for recovery of two live cartridges the petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2018. The petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61629 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. case No. 42 of 2018.
