No. 54563 of 2017 in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., East, Muzaffarpur.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for opposite party no. 2, Mr. Awadhesh Kumar, that the matter has already been compromised between the parties.
