Petitioner is accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018 registered under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c)/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no recovery of narcotic drugs from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.05.2018.
