Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because she is mother of the husband of the informant. During investigation, no witness has supported the allegations. Petitioner is an old lady aged about 67 years. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

Case No. 6 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
