The respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing a representation to the said effect within the aforesaid period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the respondent no. 3 may decide the representation of the petitioner for compassionate appointment
