JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2018 The relief sought for by the petitioner is regarding providing her with compassionate appointment in place of her mother who died during the service period as lady attendant. The respondent no. 3 is directed to decide the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be filing a representation to the said effect within the aforesaid period of four weeks.

Accordingly, the respondent no. 3 may decide the representation of the petitioner for compassionate appointment
