The petitioner is accused in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the evening of 03.06.2018, Sakaldeo, husband of the informant, was sitting at stair at Brahmsthan. In the meantime, petitioner reached there and tried to move her husband but her husband refused then petitioner started to abuse and assault him. When informant made protest then all started to caused assault and co-accused, Sudhir Sahnbi caused injury at the head of Rajiv Kumar, son of the informant, through hammer whereas co-accused Siko Sahni caused injury at her right hand through iron rod and khanti. When her daughter, Sabita and Anita came to save them then co-accused, Lov and Kush caused injury to her both daughters. In the meantime, her Gotni, Puna Devi came to save them then co-accused Kush caused injury at her head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that while petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.07.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 106 of 2018. Out of
