The writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:- "That this writ application is being filed for direction to renewal of the licence of saw mills which is runs in the name and style of M/S Sharma Saw mills and the license of the above saw mill was extended time to time but thereafter in spite of regular payment of renewal of above saw mills, the licence of above saw mills not extended kept pending by the authority oncern and / or pass such other order/orders as your lordship may deem fit and proper in the

3. Learned counsel for the State objected that the documents show that it is of the year 1994-95.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be suffice if a proper representation is filed by him, is taken note of by the concerned authority and an appropriate order is passed.

5. Granting said liberty and without making any comment on the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of.
