2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 668 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No. 856 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is alleged to have been killed because of demand of dowry and torture.

4. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
