The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.685c/2018, registered under Section 498A and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the complainant. The complainant was married with the son of the petitioners in the year 2006. The petitioners are living separately and they have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the complainant and her husband. No specific allegation of assault or demand of dowry is made against the

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the complainant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No.685c/2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
