The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Babita Devi submitted to the Station House Officer of Taraiya Police Station is to the effect that on 23.05.2019, the daughter of the informant, Putul Kumari went to ease out but she did not return. On enquiry, it was found that the daughter of the informant has been enticed away by co-accused Prince Kumar and she was taken to Jagdalpur, Chhatishgarh and has been kept

It is alleged against the petitioner, being the grandfather of co-accused Prince Kumar that he chose not to cooperate in tracing of the daughter of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Prince Kumar and petitioner is an aged person and is the grandfather of coaccused Prince Kumar. It is further submitted that for the alleged occurrence of 23.05.2019, the FIR has been lodged on 08.06.2019. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

Learned APP after going through the case diary submits that the victim is still traceless, however, he admits that the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Prince Kumar. Considering the delayed lodging of the case, thrust of accusation being against co-accused Prince Kumar and petitioner being an aged person, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at
