2. Mr. Arvind Kumar Pradhan, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits at the bar that during the pendency of the writ petition, all the arrears of the pension/ family pension have been paid and now she has been getting family pension without any interruption.

3. The aforesaid submission has been reiterated and re-affirmed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank and submission has been made that the entire admissible
