JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain death-cum-retiral dues are outstanding for payment and the respondents are required to furnish the calculation chart as also the details of the amount already paid pertaining to the death-cum-retirement benefits. Hence, it is prayed that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the General Manager, South Bihar Power Holding Company Limited, Vidyut Bhawan for redressal of his grievances and payment of the outstanding

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing a representation regarding his grievances which shall be addressed by the respondent no. 2 and a speaking and reasoned order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks thereafter and in case, any outstanding amount of retiral dues is found payable, the same would be paid within a period of six weeks therefrom.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
