Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A, 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of killing the daughter of the Informant along with FIR named accused for non fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that the petitioner is the Mother-inLaw of deceased and living separately. Marriage was solemnized with the son of petitioner in the year 2009 and allegation of demand of dowry and torture is false and concocted. Deceased committed suicide as such case was

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 5 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
