Petitioners pray for bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 801 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A) and 32(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of 322 litres of liquor from the vehicle and they were arrested at the spot. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and they are in custody for three months, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 801 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and further condition is that if their involvement is found in future in such type of cases, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
