Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the petitioner in the writ proceedings, has mentioned father's name as 'Jagdev Rabidas' instead of 'Jagdevan Mochi'.

In view of the said submission, the Court would direct that the name of the petitioner's father at Serial Nos. 105 & 106 of order dated 07-03-2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2597

Patna High Court MJC No.2433 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 of 2016 be read as 'Jagdevan Mochi' instead of 'Jagdev Rabidas'.
