2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 479 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is of committing murder of the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71502 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 petitioner in the year 2020. The deceased was taken to the hospital by the family of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.05.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
