JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 109 of 2018 arising out of Bangaon P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 399, 402, 353, 332, 333, 188, 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1b)a, 25(1-AA), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that four persons were apprehended on the spot. They disclosed the name of this petitioner. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62565 of 2018 (2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st, Saharsa, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 109 of 2018 arising out of Bangaon P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
