The petitioners seek bail in Dalsinghsarai P.S. case No. 238 of 2018 registered under Section 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
From the possession of the petitioners 45 bottles each containing 750 ml. Indian made foreign liquor was recovered and for that the petitioners are in custody since 13.08.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail
