Petitioners are accused in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 688 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is Dewar of the deceased. Both are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, they are living separately, which would evident from Annexure-2. They have no concern with the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 28.06.2018 and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62187 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 30.06.2018 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari at East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 688 of 2017.
