Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manigachhi (Nehra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 104 /2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant by means of farsa and knife. Injury report of informant corroborates the allegation.

Accordingly, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
