2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant's husband.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that the allegation levelled against the petitioner to cut the throat by sickle but injury is apparent from back of the neck it means there were some quarrel is possible but never intention to cut the throat by sickle and opinion of the doctor on the injury was reserved. He submits that the petitioner has two criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79202 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 antecedents as mentioned in para-3 of this application and he is languishing in judicial custody since 30.05.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the charges has been framed against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S. Case No. 150 of 2022.
