The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 37 © of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged that the petitioner was making nuisance after taking liquor. It is further alleged that it was confirmed by breath analyzer report that he had consumed alcohol of about 183mg/100 ml. The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Saharsa, Dist.- Saharsa, in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64179 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 956 of 2018. Both the bailers will be close relative of the petitioner.
