The petitioner seeks bail in Derni P.S. Case No.118/2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons and on such arms and ammunitions and cash of Rs. 7000/- were recovered from the possession of accused persons. One live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of one Rajat Kumar, the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 25.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61694 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Derni P.S. Case No.118/2018.
